I started Enable Leaders after a wise executive coach (now a partner coach of Enable Leaders) — Babette Bensoussan — asked me, “What does 40 look like?” I didn’t have a good answer at the time. That question, and a lot of reflection afterward, became Enable Leaders.
I’ve been interested in leadership since I was 12 years old, through the Royal Canadian Air Cadets — that interest clearly stuck. Today it shows up as a simple belief: finding the right coach shouldn’t take weeks of searching, and it shouldn’t be left to chance.
Every coach in our network is personally vetted — no algorithm, no self-serve profiles. When you tell us what you’re working through, a real person reviews your situation and hand-selects 2-3 coaches who actually fit, usually within 24 hours.
