About Diane
Diane Carazas is a Regenerative Team Coach and executive advisor who invites leaders and teams to their highest performance capacity when complexity, pressure, and human dynamics threaten to slow everything down. For more than thirty years, she has worked at the intersection of executive coaching, team coaching, organizational development, and international development. She partners with senior leaders, leadership teams, and mission-driven organizations to strengthen leadership effectiveness, team alignment, resilience, and execution.
Her career has taken her across the Americas, Southern Africa, and West Africa, where she has supported leaders navigating change, ambiguity, and high-stakes decisions. This global experience gives her a practical understanding of how leadership functions across different contexts through trust, clarity, and the ability to adapt without losing focus. Diane’s work starts with a clear reality: most leadership problems are caused by unclear expectations, avoided conversations, weak trust, and accountability gaps.
Diane’s style is direct, thoughtful, and grounded in trust. She creates space for honest reflection while keeping the work focused on action, accountability, and impact. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and a Master Practitioner in Energetic Leadership.
Areas of Focus
Executive Coaching & Leadership Presence
Diane helps leaders identify blind spots, clarify priorities, and translate insight into visible behavior change. She assists leaders in recognizing their impact by enabling deep change in how they understand themselves and relate to their environment. Her coaching helps individuals discover what they already know deep down while preparing them for unknown challenges ahead.
Team Alignment & High-Performance Cultures
Diane helps leadership teams move from surface-level agreement to real alignment. She works with groups to improve communication, surface productive tension, and clarify roles to ensure they stop “performing” collaboration and start practicing it. She also helps organizations build coaching cultures where leaders listen more effectively and develop talent without shutting down initiative.
Regenerative Team Coaching & Adaptive Resilience
A signature element of Diane’s work is adaptive resilience, drawing on the “tardigrade” model to help teams identify “damage suppressors”—the habits and systems that allow them to absorb pressure and thrive when conditions change. Her working model is built on regenerative principles where people lead with compassion and value propositions are based on systems thinking and the common good.
Cross-Cultural & Strategic Global Leadership
Leveraging her experience as a Regional Director for CARE International and a Country Director for the Peace Corps, Diane uses cross-cultural intelligence to weave connections that improve business processes. She helps co-create inclusive strategic implementation plans that involve the entire system, turning resistance into curiosity and optimistic determination.
