ICF Executive & Career Coach | Leadership Development | Career Transitions

“Jill has a brilliant business mind, a deep understanding of human nature, and, maybe most importantly, an ability to distill down the obstacles that keep people from truly expanding into their own greatness — and then she helps you create a plan to overcome them. For the first time, I feel confident in my ability to put myself out there and share my unique skills with the world. Jill is the best at what she does.”

About Jill
Jill Carroll is a Royal Roads Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in the telecommunications industry. As the founder of Yellow Brick Executive Coaching, she brings a rare combination of certified coaching expertise and genuine front-line leadership experience to every client engagement.
Jill’s corporate career spans senior roles at Bell and Bell Aliant, where she led teams through complex change, drove business process transformation, and built high-performing cultures across customer operations, strategy, and project management. Frequently Asked Questions
What makes Jill Carroll a good fit as a leadership transition coach?
Jill spent more than 25 years in senior leadership at Bell and Bell Aliant, leading teams through major organizational change before becoming a Royal Roads Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC). That combination means she’s lived through the kind of transitions she now coaches leaders through, not just studied them.
Does Jill only work with leaders in telecommunications?
No. While her own background is in telecom, Jill works with leaders across industries who are navigating a new role, organizational change, or a career crossroads. The transition itself is the focus, not the sector.
Is Jill’s coaching only for people just starting a new leadership role?
That’s one focus, but not the only one. Jill also works with professionals navigating unexpected change or disruption, and with high achievers who’ve built successful careers but feel something is missing. The common thread is a transition of some kind, not necessarily a new title.
What’s the difference between coaching with Jill and a Mental Health Leadership Program?
Jill completed the Mental Health Leadership Program at Queen’s University, which informs how she coaches but isn’t a substitute for clinical support. Her coaching is forward-focused, helping clients build clarity, confidence, and resilience through a transition — not a clinical or therapeutic service.
Can Jill help if I’m successful but feel stuck or unfulfilled?
Yes. This is one of Jill’s core focus areas. She works with high achievers who’ve built impressive careers but feel something is off, helping them reconnect with purpose and redefine what success actually means to them.
How quickly can I be matched with Jill?
