About Tracy

Executive Presence Coach for Tech & Fintech Leaders Navigating Pivotal Moments

Tracy Wilk helps leaders excel through their most pivotal professional moments. With 30 years of leadership experience in demanding, high-performing organizations — including recognition as a top 1% Google manager — he guides mid to senior-level leaders through their most challenging and consequential transitions.

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) trained by the Hudson Institute of Coaching and certified by the International Coaching Federation, Tracy brings both deep leadership experience and rigorous coaching methodology to every partnership. His structured, measurable approach turns pivotal moments into opportunities for real growth and impact.

From Google VP to Executive Coach

Prior to coaching, Tracy held senior leadership roles at some of the world’s most influential companies. As VP and Chief Compliance Officer for Google Payments, he built and scaled teams from 6 to 60 staff and 300 contractors across 5 global locations, supporting revenue growth from $3B to $70B annually and transaction growth from 10M to over 1B transactions.

His career also spans product management, operations, finance, and venture investing at organizations including Visa, CyberSource, and First Data — giving him a working understanding of the challenges tech and fintech leaders face, not just a theoretical one.

Educator & Thought Leader

As an Instructor at Stanford University’s Continuing Studies program since 2017, Tracy regularly teaches courses on leadership development and career management. His students consistently rate his classes as “one of the best I’ve ever taken,” citing the practical insights, expert guest speakers, and immediately applicable frameworks.

That combination — coaching expertise, real operational experience, and teaching — is what lets Tracy help leaders build capabilities that actually last.
